Order and Acquisition Agreement.

This simple written agreement is fixating an arrangement between The Buyer and The Seller (4XX Concept Store) on the following matter: The Buyer is ordering a Chrome Hearts Crocodile Gunslinger Belt (next - The Item), with the agreed cost of 6000 GBP (Equivalent of 7500 USD). It is agreed that the acquisition is arranged in two installments:1. First Installment - 2800 GBP (Equivalent of 3500 USD)2. Second Installment - 3200 GBP (Equivalent of 4000 USD) by no later than 20th of February, 2025.With the First Installment paid to The Seller, The Seller obliges to book The Item until the Second installment is paid. With the second installment paid, it is Seller's obligation to send an Item to the Buyer under the Terms and Conditions of 4XXConcept (reference: https://www.4xxconcept.store/terms).

WARNING: The Item delivery timeframe might be extended up to 14 additional days due to the possible overload of postal services, which usually creates a certain pressure on international mailing system. In case of failure to book The Item, The Seller must inform The Buyer about that and refund the whatever price was paid within the framework of that Agreement.Any consequences of possible Force-Majeure events will be the subject of individual discussion between The Buyer and The Seller. For the certain simplicity, by Force-Majeure events we consider natural disasters and war action, as well as the confirmed status of the package destroyed or damage during the delivery by the Delivery Partner due to the natural disasters or war actions.
